+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1826443 +++

Add toggle options in the meatballs menu of the folder pane header to allow users to hide/show the 'Get messages' and the "New message" buttons to make the folder pane header less clutter without having to hide the entire folder pane header.

the add/remove new/get message works for me,

though in the graphic above i see "Total Folder Size" - but I do not have that in my "meat balls" menu!!! Waiting for this to return!
