macOS code-coverage builds fail with CoreFoundation linker errors. Need to port bug 1747228 to address the problem.

mozsandbox has not been needed since bug 1506265. In optimized builds, the
compiler stripped it, but for non-optimzed builds such as code-coverage
builds, its presence required linking with CoreFoundation.
The plugin-container binary does not link against CoreFoundation, resulting in
linker errors.
