The script used to fetch CT log information (getCTKnownLogs.py) doesn't support the current log format.
As a precursor to doing performance experiments with CT, the script needs to be able to handle the modern format. In the long run, we'll likely want to change how we store and handle this information, but that can wait until the performance experiments are complete.
