There was another placement issue which was limited to Wayland. If you cant reproduce it, that might be the reason.
Tested on: Ubuntu 22.10 Wayland, Nightly 114.0a1 (2023-04-12) (64-bit)

As mentioned, tested on Nightly 114.0a1 (2023-04-12) (64-bit)
Build ID 20230412092401
However, the bug was initially posted to #devtools:mozilla.org on Fri, Apr 7 2023.
Which part of about:support is needed?

Can you use mozregression tool to find broken commit? You need to run it with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 env variable.

Thanks.

mozregression GUI doesn't run on my set-up and I am not familiar with the CLI version.

You just need to open terminal and run:
pip install mozregression
MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 mozregression --good 100
mozregression will open new Firefox window, you do the test here ans switch back to terminal and type g/b according the test result. That's all.
