Steps to reproduce:

Setting "network.trr.use_ohttp" to True breaks DNS over HTTPS.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Networking: DNS' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

That pref can only be used along with network.trr.ohttp.uri, network.trr.ohttp.relay_uri and network.trr.ohttp.config_uri.

So this is expected behaviour. Just out of curiosity, why did you flip the pref? 🙂
