Some other quality of life work to do:

  • Update name of toolkit.shopping.ohttpRelayURL, etc prefs to be more general
  • Add a vanity domain to the prod gateway
  • Revisit HPKEConfigManager to reconcile how it's caching works with necko http cache
  • Cleanup ObliviousHttp.ohttpRequest to better align with fetch so that it more of a pluggable replacement in firefox-system-js code
