No, this is not a duplicate. In both a build with and without bug 182500, this
didn't work the first time and worked the second time. Reopening.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20030110

Works just fine for me. No noticable missing elements of the page.

reporter can you try a newer build and report

WFM partially:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030604
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030606
Page fully rendered but I noticed some minor line spacing issues between Mozilla
and IE6. Also the Quick Poll box on the right side was left-justified in
Mozilla and centered in IE6.

The IE6 text centering is different from what we do and it depends on doctype
version in the IE6.0 why they do so isn't known.
(try With IE6.0 <p align="center"> <table><tr><td>This should be left
justify</td></tr></table></p> ... use also IE5.5 up to SP1 (it changed in SP2)
... and also try with different DOCTYPES [HTML 3.2/HTML 4.0])
Resolve this bug as WFM.
