+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1821205 +++
Steps to reproduce:
Drag .eml file onto empty space in thread pane/message list to incorporate into mailbox.
Works fine when dragged onto another message.
Also see bug 1828284. Looks like dragging onto a folder in the folder pane works.

The dragging was only set up for the table body. Manually ignore drop on thead.
