Steps to reproduce:
Opened main window, pressed "show spaces toolbar" button.
Actual results:
Before windows 10 the window borders were larger, this causes an issue where the Spaces toolbar clips off the top of the window and becomes even more obstructed when maximized.
Expected results:
Toolbar should stay within the window borders.

Thanks Mike. Trivial layout issue, and fortunately it doesn't look bad, almost like 3D by design! Maybe Richard can fix it; otherwise I think this is wontfix for those older versions of Windows.
