Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://meduza.io/news/2023/04/13/the-new-york-times-k-utechke-dokumentov-pentagona-i-amerikanskoy-razvedki-mozhet-byt-prichasten-21-letniy-letchik-vvs-ssha
- Scroll down the page.
- Observe the behaviour.
Expected Behaviour:
The twitter embedded post is displayed.
Actual Behaviour:
The twitter embedded post is not displayed on the page.

- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
