There is still confusion among users about what each option exactly controls, for example there's often confusion about clearing History relative to session (tabs) history and what are things like Site Settings.
We could probably introduce better labels or descriptions for each label.

that have added descriptions and consolidated various parts of the old dialog to make it easier for a user to clear history.
