History sidebar jumps to top when selecting new tabs to open

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/113.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open history sidebar
  2. Select a tab (right click to open in new tab)

Actual results:

  1. FF opens tab [correct]
  2. FF jumps to top, "hilighting" new tab as most recent

This makes sense, but interrupts workflow when looking for an old site

Expected results:

Simple: Don't jump.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
