On the screenshot attached selected ignored thread is marked underlined, as it has some unread messages, however it doesn't. The same happens with other ignored threads as well.

Are you also testing beta? It would be useful to know whether it is broken there. (Unclear that we'd put effort into fixing 102, which isn't going to live much longer)

Nope, I didn't try beta yet. Will try it once get Time Machine backups back to work, something went wrong with it.

I do not see this issue -
Mark "ignore thread" with all msgs read, fine, no underline
Mark one of the sub msgs as UNREAD, underline appears,

I am running TB 114.0b1 en-GB on macOS 13.3.1 en-GB - meaning, I ma ot using 102 so cannot confirm for that version

Sorry for a slow responce, got issues with Time Machine backup drive and without it didn't want to make experiments.
Issue still exists within the Thunderbird 114 b3. I used import tool to, yeah, import profile from the release version. Please see the screenshots attached.
