Following the same approach we did here, we should remove the overscroll effect for all other lists using the new widgets.
- Folder pane
- Address book sidebar
- Accounts list
Consider creating a utility class to apply where needed.
You can see the "elastic" effect on macOS, but it's not only a macOS issue since support for the overscroll effect is landing on Windows soon.
