1830559 - Change the "Get Messages" icon to be visually more distinguishable from the "New Message" icon

These icons are too similar especially when used alongside on the unified toolbar.
Let's update the Get Mail to be more unique since we want to keep the + paradigm for all creation actions.

We adopted a cloud download icon since the fetching action is used also for feeds and newsgroups, so it's not exclusive to emails and the envelope paradigm is not entirely correct.

If we want to keep the "+" metaphor, could the envelope in the icon be open instead? we have a lot of these very uniform looking square icons. I know we have the [+ New message] button with the focus color about the folder pane, maybe that color could be used in the "Write Mail" icon in some way as well?
