User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/112.0
Steps to reproduce:
Sometimes I want to print a certain messages (into pdf or paper).
So I double click on the line in the message list pane and the corresponding message window opens.
Unfortunately sometimes the message contains lot of unimportant stuff and replys text.
I want to delete it easily before printing. Therefore users can switch to DesignMode by entering:
content.document.designMode = 'on';
into console.
Unfortunately this is the only way.
Firefox (on contrast) offers to add a cmdlet shortcut for that into bookmark toolbar. This is not possible in Thunderbird.
Having each time to open the Developer pane and switch to console and enter a command is tedious and user unfriendly.
I would like to request to add a "toggle DesignMode" button into the toolbar of the message pane window. That would ease the working process very much.
Or - alternatively (second best) - to introduce a shortcut for "toggle DesignMode".
Thank you
Thomas
