Steps to reproduce:
OS: Windows 8.1 ( 64 bit )
I turn on youtube.com with any video and turn on full screen playback.
Playing the video pops to the foreground but leaves a few pixels on the left, right and bottom .
Actual results:
Now the video plays and I see the desktop background (yellow color) on the sides and the Taskbar at the bottom.
Expected results:
The video should play across the entire width and height of the screen.
The screen is 1920x1080. The upper left corner has the coordinates (0,0).
Bottom right has coordinates ( 1920, 1080 )
The field occupied by play starts at (8, 0), (8, 1072), (1912, 0), (1912, 1072) - respectively for top left, bottom left, top right, bottom right.
