We're seeing a bunch of webcompat reports about Fullscreen videos not being full-screen on Windows 7/8. As per this screenshot, it looks like the window is slightly too small.
According to the report, this is a regression from 113. Unfortunately, we don't have access to a Win7 setup that would allow us to run mozregression.

This appears to be only affecting Windows 7 and Windows 8, but it can be an annoying issue for userse (and it's a regression).
