User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open application menu > More tools > Customize toolbar... > Enable 'Title Bar'
System theme was not changed from auto (follow operating system setting)
This was reproduced in a new Firefox profile (see attached picture)
Actual results:
The title bar was enabled, but the text color of unfocused tabs changed to black. As a result, the black text somewhat blends in with the dark tabs, which renders the text somewhat difficult to read. The color change also applies to the new tab button and tab search button.
Expected results:
The aforementioned setting should only change the title bar.

The bug does not occur when manually selecting Firefox's dark theme (see latest image).
