1833465 - Meatball menu opens in wrong direction (off the bottom of the screen) when phone is in landscape mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit some page e.g. https://example.org
2. Rotate your phone to landscape orientation.
3. Tap the meatball menu.

Expected behavior

Menu should appear.

Actual behavior

The menu appears but it goes downwards from the meatball menu, i.e. the wrong direction, so I can only barely see its top border and nothing else.

Device information

• Firefox version: Latest Nightly 115.0a1
• Android device model: Pixel 6a
• Android OS version: 13

Any additional information?

This reproduces 100% of the time on my main phone (Pixel 6a), but not on my secondary phone (Pixel 4a) where I've got a nearly-fresh Nightly profile. So there may be some additional configuration/state required to trigger the bug; I'm not sure.

Also: it only seems to reproduce when I'm viewing an actual site. At the new-tab "home-screen" view, it does not reproduce; the menu pops up in the correct direction.

I'm seeing this in Firefox 114 (stable). This should be a high priority fix. I'm using a Pixel 5 with Android 13.
