1835744 - No keyboard navigation in folder pane

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use f6 to move to the folder pane in Thunderbird
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to and open a mailbox
3. Press i to move keyboard focus to the Inbox
4. Press the character corresponding to any other folder in the mailbox to move keyboard focus to it

Actual results:

Keyboard focus does not move to the intended folder.

Expected results:

Keyboard focus should move to the intended folder. This behaviour can be experienced in the Quick Folder Key Navigation addon:
