Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the address form on https://www.apple.com/
2. Fill in manually new Address info and submit the form

Expected result

• Save Address doorhanger should be displayed upon form submit

Actual result

• Save Address doorhanger isn't displayed upon form submit

Save Address doorhanger is still not displayed upon form submit. Tested on Firefox Nightly 123.0a1 (2024-01-18).

While testing in Firefox 125.0b1, I've noticed that the doorhanger is displayed when the pref extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields is left empty.
