jwatt and I ran into a case where phabricator initial synchronization for a revision seems to be stuck:

He edited the parent/child revision after positing the revision (while it was still in draft/secure state); not sure if that confused phabricator and caused this, or if this is a broader problem.

oh hold up, it's fixed now. Sorry for the noise. Not sure if someone fixed it or if it just became un-stuck automatically?
