Folder pane shows "0 messages total" when the main node is expanded

If I am in the folder pane in a main node and it is expanded, I am shown 0 as the total number of messages. If I collapse the folder, the correct number of total messages is displayed.
Steps to reproduce
- Focus the folder pane and go to the main node of an account, usually above the inbox, using the arrow keys.
- Collapse the folder with left arrow and/or expand it again with right arrow.
Result
If the folder is collapsed, the correct total number of messages is shown to me. If the folder is expanded, 0 is displayed as the total number.
Expected
The total number of messages should be the same whether the folder is expanded or collapsed.

Hmm, I don't think it's ever displayed. Maybe it's just read by screen reader?
