In unified folders, new subfolders are added in the wrong place

If a folder has a subfolder added to it, in the unified view the new folder is added below the account's root folder, not the parent folder. This doesn't happen for special folders (Inbox etc.) and their descendants, only plain folders outside the special folders.

Instead of adding newly created folders below the root folder, find the parent folder and add the new folder there.
