Details

WebKit Tech Preview 171 will ship with DeviceMotionEvent support, passing all WPTs like Chrome. Firefox still fails the "Capturing event listeners should be called before non-capturing ones" test: https://wpt.fyi/results/dom/events/EventTarget-dispatchEvent.html?label=master&label=experimental&aligned

It would be good to align on this to prevent future webcompat issues.
