Now that bug 1827747 has landed on Nightly, and the code signing repo has been updated to generate the .sig file for the new Media Plugin Helper executable, switch over the Mac GMP process to use the new executable.

To test this change, set media.plugin_helper_process.enabled to true in about:config and restart the browser. Then verify EME and OpenH264 decoding works as expected.
