Steps to reproduce:
I executed Mozilla Firefox 102.10.0esr on the Raspberry Pi 4 B in the kiosk mode. A display with a lower resolution as FullHD is connected.
Or when I connected a FullHD monitor and change the resolution manually with this command:
xrandr --output HDMI-1 --mode 1920x1080
"export DISPLAY=:0" is required.
Tested with the resolutions: 1024x768, 1280x720
Actual results:
After a few Firefox restarts in kiosk mode the window bar and menu bar is visible.
In most cases this problem exists, but not always.
Expected results:
Firefox should start in kiosk mode without the bars.

Setting this issue on Core> Widget: Gtk component, to allow our engineers to take a closer look at it. If this is not the right component, please assign a more appropriate one. Thanks!

Can you try Wayland mode? I don't see that on Wayland with low resolution (1024x768) on 115.0.

Luca, is the problem still persisting for you? Were you able to test out the recommendation mentioned in Comment 4?
The problem still persists even with Wayland.
The problem happens with higher resolutions like 4k too.
