You have "popup" listed underneath the search directory, but no documentation on how to block popups. How do you block them anyway? That's the main reason I choose to use this browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on help. 2.Search for popup. 3. Find no information Actual Results: Find no information Expected Results: Have info for users.

on the same Preferences page, choose the Help button and you will see that it is documented

The popup windows blocking tab is under Privacy & Security, not as in comment 2 and 3. If you do a search for "popup" in help, you get two keywords listed, but clicking on them you only get white pages. Related: bug 195925 I fail to see why this is resolved as WFM.
right, the correct resolution is dupe of bug 188159
