Steps to reproduce

For the vertical search menu:

1. Install and launch the latest Nightly 116.0a1 or Beta 115.0b5 build.
2. Tap on the dropdown menu from the Google search engine icon in the search bar.
3. Tap outside de vertical menu or the device's back button.
4. Observe if the vertical menu is dismissed.

For the context menu when long-tapping the tab counter:

1. Open a few tabs in normal or private browsing.
2. In an opened tab, long-tap the tab counter.
3. Tap outside de context menu or the device's back button.
4. Observe if the context menu is dismissed.

Expected behavior

The vertical search menu/context menu when long-tapping the tab counter can be dismissed by tapping outside/the back button.

Actual behavior

The vertical search menu/context menu when long-tapping the tab counter cannot be dismissed by tapping outside/the back button.

Device information

• Firefox version:
  For the vertical search menu: latest Nightly 116.0a1 from 06/14, Beta 115.0b5.
  For the context menu when long-tapping the tab counter: latest Nightly 116.0a1 from 06/20, Beta 115.0b7, RC 114.2.0.
• Android device model: Huawei MediaPad M2
• Android OS version: Android 5.1.1

Any additional information?

For the vertical search menu: The issue is not reproducible on other devices and android versions.
With the Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1) device, the vertical search menu/context menu when long-tapping the tab counter is only dismissed when an option from the menu is selected or when the device orientation is changed.

This issue is still reproducible on the latest releases, with Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1).
Note that the context menu is no longer displayed when long-pressing on the tabs counter starting with Nightly 131.0a1 from 08/09, as part of the Toolbar Redesign work, 1907824. This change was not uplifted to Beta 130 yet. A workaround to dismiss the context menu is to change the device orientation.
