This is the second time someone files this bug. Can you help me understand if that's the result of some RelEng documentation or something else?
I'm well aware that this needs to happen (and esr115 has been already added in bug 1837725).

Editing to only cover esr102, which doesn't block esr115 in any way.

I'm creating a doc with a bug list for new ESR tasks by going over the required work for esr115. Didn't mean to duplicate the ticket. Thanks for linking them
