As part of the work being done for Bug 1837670, we are introducing some new properties (in form of getter and settings) related to the quarantined domains (which are then used in Bug 1837670 patches for the UI controls for the user to allow specific extensions to access the protected domains, as well as determining if the UI controls should be visible or not for the specific addon associated to an about:addons addon card).
