Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and choose to import bookmarks from the HTML file.
2. Select the file from the preconditions.
3. Select a random browser from the list and observe the new migration window.

Expected result

• The previous error is no longer displayed.

Actual result

• The previous error is still displayed.

Regression range

• Started with the implementation for these errors (bug 1837367)

Additional notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• This happens for .CSV files as well.

:atrif, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?
