Affected versions
- Nightly v116.0a1
Affected platforms
- Windows10
- macOS 11
- Ubuntu 21.04
Steps to reproduce
- Open https://www.hulu.com/ and open PiP for a random video. (US VPN may be necessary)
- Modify the volume slider position in PiP and check the one in the original player.
Expected result
- The volume slider position of PiP is in sync with the original player's volume slider.
Actual result
- THe volume slider position change is NOT reflected in the original player.
Regression range
- Not a regression, but an implementation flaw.
Additional notes
- The actual sound volume modifications work as expected.
- Mutting/unmuting does not cause a similar issue, as they are in sync.
- This issue only occurs when modifying in PiP and checking in the original player, but not the other way around.

:danibodea, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?
