+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1835285 +++
The version numbers of Gecko, Firefox and Thunderbird are getting increased from 116 to 117 on 2023-07-04 [Tuesday this time].
Merges from the integration branch autoland to mozilla-central will be blocked once the version gets increased on mozilla-central until Bugzilla has support for version 117.
The new flags should be added on Friday before the merge on Tuesdayto not block the merge related work on Tuesday.
