Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a web page that contains another page in an iFrame
2. Right Click in the iFrame to open the context menu and note where it appears
3. Drag the tab containing the iFrame to a different firefox window
4. Right Click in the iFrame to open the context menu and note where it appears
5. Resize or move the window that now contains the tab with the iFrame
6. Right Click in the iFrame to open the context menu and note where it appears

Actual results:

In step 2 and 6 the context menu appears next to the mouse as expected.

In step 4 the context menu will instead appear relative to where the iFrame was before moving the tab to the new window.

Expected results:

The context menu should always appear next to the mouse.

Context menus are more of a front end thing. There's probably some issue with the implementation of that under Fission rather than Fission per se.
