Steps to reproduce:
- Open a web page that contains another page in an iFrame
- Right Click in the iFrame to open the context menu and note where it appears
- Drag the tab containing the iFrame to a different firefox window
- Right Click in the iFrame to open the context menu and note where it appears
- Resize or move the window that now contains the tab with the iFrame
- Right Click in the iFrame to open the context menu and note where it appears
Actual results:
In step 2 and 6 the context menu appears next to the mouse as expected.
In step 4 the context menu will instead appear relative to where the iFrame was before moving the tab to the new window.
Expected results:
The context menu should always appear next to the mouse.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Menus' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Context menus are more of a front end thing. There's probably some issue with the implementation of that under Fission rather than Fission per se.
