Bug 1840562 and https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/issues/13317 track handling no longer supported OS versions in bouncer and bedrock, but may not be ready in time for the start of beta 116 next week. To avoid serving 116 beta installers to users of OS versions that we stop supporting after 115, we may want to skip updating bouncer aliases until after a warning is set up on the download page.
