Now that both Desktop and Fenix have rolled out dFPI (cookie behavior 5 by default) we should consider making that the new default in the pref definition in StaticPrefList.yaml: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/modules/libpref/init/StaticPrefList.yaml#11331,11343

Once we have updated this default we can remove the defintion in firefox.js here: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/3b707c8fd7e978eebf24279ee51ccf07895cfbcb/browser/app/profile/firefox.js#1854
