We keep running into the problem of the message list not updating when a message gets deleted. I'm making a regression test to cover as much of this as we reasonably can.

User impact if declined: the message list may not be updated properly after deletion, this is mostly a test but does fix a potential problem and the failure of another test caused by a different patch
