1841256 - Excessive indentation of subject in tree when "Grouped by sort" is active

The subjects have a big space in front because they have --thread-level: 1. I n "Grouped by sort" mode they should always get 0.

No, this is a regression from the new tree implementation, I think.

Actually, the thread level was the same in version 102, but since the text in the dummy row is now further to the left, there is that gap. I suggest this quite simple solution.
