STR:

1. Set your homepage to a remote URL such as https://www.wikipedia.org/ (preferably one that doesn't load too fast)
2. open the browser console and run BrowserWindowTracker.untrackForTestsOnly(window)
3. open the Bookmarks menu and click Search Bookmarks

-> The homepage load resets the address bar value, immediately canceling the Bookmarks mode
