Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-06) (64-bit)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.expedia.com/
- Scroll the page.
- Observe the scrollbar located in the right part of the page.
Expected Behavior:
The scrollbar has the same UI as in Chrome.
Actual Behavior:
The UI of the scrollbar is different.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.
- Reproducible on all the scrollbars present on the page.
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Since there is a META in place and the issue still reproduces, I will close this as a duplicate of the META bug.
