Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-06) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.expedia.com/
  2. Scroll the page.
  3. Observe the scrollbar located in the right part of the page.

Expected Behavior:
The scrollbar has the same UI as in Chrome.

Actual Behavior:
The UI of the scrollbar is different.

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
  • Works as expected using Chrome.
  • Reproducible on all the scrollbars present on the page.
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
