Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-10) (64-bit)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.roblox.com/
- Scroll the page.
- Observe the scrollbar located on the right side of the page.
Expected Behavior:
The UI of the scrollbar is the same as in Chrome.
Actual Behavior:
The UI of the scrollbar is different compared to Chrome.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.
- Reproducible for other parts of the page where scrollbars are present.
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Since there is a META in place and the issue still reproduces, I will close this as a duplicate of the META bug.

Firefox changes scrollbar colour based on html/body background colour, which is a product choice and doesn't affect usability of the site, so this is not actionable for now. If there are reports coming from users affected in any way, we can reconsider the decision in the future.
