User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Cards View in the Message List.
2. Hover a long title which is contracted with an ellipsis.

Actual results:

Nothing.

Expected results:

A tooltip with a full title, like in Table View.

Confirming this, we missed the title tag on the subject line in cards view.

How to Test

• Switch from Table View to Cards View in Message List (Button Beside Quick Filter Button)
• Hover Over Subject Line

• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Only adding a title attribute to a HTML element with the subject line. No major changes.

Now in 119.0b6 the tooltip is also broken for non-active items in Table View too. Should I report it separately?
