Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Save a password for any website.
3. Navigate to about:logins.

Expected result

• about:logins page is displayed without issue.

Actual result

• about:logins page is displayed with the first entry selected and a hash specific to it in the address bar.
