Steps to reproduce:

Selected a newly created tab until it turned purple with the checked circle then commenced dragging.

Actual results:

Tab did not relocate as expected in previous version.

Expected results:

In previous revisions, after highlighting to the check mark, and then dragging tab is relocated in grid.

I noticed this in build of Nightly #2015962531. This likely happened in the last few days.

Hi,
I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly build (117.0a1) from 17th of July 2023.
Beta 116.0b6 and RC 115.2.0 are not affected.

As this issue is covered in the mentioned ticket, which was reported before this one, I will close this as Duplicate.

Devices used for testing: Google Pixel 7 (Android 14), Oppo Find X5 (Android 12).
