Steps to reproduce:
I received an email with PDF attachments, that are using national characters in the filename.
The filename is displayed properly in the attachment of the E-Mail.
I've opened the attachment in thunderbird.
Actual results:
The PDF is displayed properly. But the title in the tab is garbled (appears to be caused by a missing conversion from UTF-8).
See attached screenshot.
Expected results:
The displayed filename should be correct (same as in the email attachment)

Are you seeing this also with version 115.9.0 or newer?
I don't see this behavior any more.
(Note: in the past it occured especially on slower machines)
