[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Go to "about:preferences".
2. Search "history" in "Find in Settings".
3. Select “Never remember history” from the “History” section.

[Expected result]:

• No yellow triangles are in front of the options.

[Actual result]:

• three yellow triangles are in front of the options.

[Notes]:

• If searching "use" in "Find in Settings", two yellow triangles are in front of the options.
• If searching "never" in "Find in Settings", no yellow triangles are in front of the options.

Hi,
I am able to reproduce this issue in Release 116, Beta 117.0b2 and Nightly 118.0a1 on Windows 10 as well. Not sure if this is the expected behavior or not, but it is not a recent regression, I am able to reproduce this also in Nightly 82.0a1.
