Some Japanese web pages no longer display correctly. An example of this is
http://www.minc.gr.jp/
In the release build of Chimera 0.6, the same page will display correctly, but
in the nightly builds it seems to have stopped working.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.minc.gr.jp/
Actual Results:
The Japanese is corrupted.
Expected Results:
Display the Japanese correctly.
This has become in issue in the nightly builds. If the same page is viewed in
the Chimera 0.6 release it works correctly. If the page is cached, it will
display correctly in the nightly build, but if the cache is cleared, the
Japanese is corrupted.
