Description: Items are misaligned
Steps to Reproduce:
When going into fullscreen on any video site there will be white bar on left side of the screen the size of a notification bar except notification bar usually moves up in landscape mode and auto hides so there is this useless white bar next to the black bars of the video which is really distracting. Changing firefox theme to dark only changes that bar to dark gray.

This was reported via webcompat.com reporter. Since the issue reproduces on multiple pages using an Android 11 device, we have moved the issue as it seems to be a browser issue. See also: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/2794

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 115.2.1 (2015962859-🦎115.0.2-20230710165010🦎)/ Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2015963299-🦎117.0a1-20230719160709🦎)/ Chrome Mobile Version 114.0.1823.82
Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density)
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
3. Works as expected on the latest Release version.
4. Works as expected using Chrome.
5. Not reproducible on Android 12 or higher.
